Students awarded a PAS have overcome significant adversity and performed at a high academic level.their high school class admission to the public Texas university of their choice. The PAS program works to enhance socioeconomic and ethnic diversity at UT-Austin. To that end, PAS makes it financially possible for disadvantaged students to enroll at UT-Austin. All admitted students are automatically considered. To be considered, submit your completed ApplyTexas Application for The University of Texas at Austin by the deadline of your Senior year in high school, take entrance exams early, and demonstrate financial need by applying for need-based financial aid by March 15 using the FAFSA.
