Triangle Community Foundation recognizes the immense potential and abilities of the Triangle’s students, and believes that the future of our region depends on them. This scholarship will award one high school senior and one adult learner who demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to improving their community through volunteer work, work experience, and/or future aspirations and plans
Amount & Use of Funds
$10,000
The scholarship may be used towards any need listed under the school’s total cost of attendance. The student is responsible for all other charges. Payments are made annually for up to 4 years, and the student must maintain a 2.5 GPA and submit semester reports in order to continue receiving funding.
Criteria
• Minimum GPA: 2.5
• Residency Requirements: Residents of Durham, Orange, Wake or Chatham Counties
• Plan of Study Restrictions: Applicants must plan to attend a public or private college or university in North Carolina
