The University of New Orleans - Homer Hitt Scholarship

Description

There are 15 Homer Hitt Scholarships that will be awarded annually. The minimum criteria for consideration are a 30 ACT (1420 SAT) and a 3.5 GPA. All students who submit their applications for admission on or before the deadline will be considered. The top 30 candidates for the scholarship will be invited to campus (with their parents) for a weekend competition for the scholarship. Following the competition, the recipients will be named. All students must complete the application for admission to UNO and supply necessary test scores (ACT, SAT, and/or TOEFL), and supply transcripts as appropriate. No student will be offered a scholarship without at least unofficial documents on file. - All domestic undergraduate students should complete and submit the FAFSA before enrollment.
