Tennessee State University - Several Academic Scholarships
Description
Student must be a high school graduate with a 3.0 GPA/4.0 or higher, ACT score of 21 or Equivalent SAT score of 980 (Verbal and Math Only), and completion of 14 Tennessee Board of Regents high school units. If awarded, student must maintain a grade point average of 3.0 or higher based on continuous full-time enrollment (12 or more hours of college level courses excluding developmental courses) for a maximum of 8 semesters. Scholarships will be awarded as applications are received. Also, provides scholarships which cover full maintenance fees plus room and board to Black Tennessee high school graduates who have a minimum ACT of 21 or equivalent SAT and a 3.0 GPA on a 4 point scale; preference may be given to students with the highest GPA or test score. The award may be renewed if the student maintains a GPA of 3.0 or above. For departmental scholarships, contact the department directly.
