Shell Oil Company Technical Scholarship Program
Description
Shell will sponsor up to 20 one-year awards of $2,500 for graduating high school seniors enrolling in engineering or geosciences at universities identified by Shell (see list of eligible institutions on the website). Upon successful completion of first year studies and other criteria established by Shell, the recipient may be eligible to receive a four-year renewable award. To apply, download the Shell Oil Company Technical Scholarship application on the webiste, mail it to address listed on the form by the deadline. Plan to enroll full-time in one of the following majors (geology, geophysics, physics, chemical, civil, electrical, geological, geophysical, mechanical or petroleum engineering) at a specified institution.•Be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work on a full-time basis in the United States. Current year application available in December. Incentive Fund Scholarship only: Be a member of an underrepresented minority group; Black (Not of Hispanic Origin), Hispanic/Latino, American Indian or Alaskan Native and must self-identify as such on the application.
