Essay.The list of awards is revised every year, according to the funds that are made available. You must read the criteria for each award and make sure you fit the requirements before you apply for it. You will see only those awards for which you might be qualified. You will be asked to write a number of 1-paragraph answers for a series of questions that are specifically aligned with the criteria for many of the awards. You will be required to write one 1-page essay that will ask you about your plans for the future. You will find the directions for submitting your application on the application itself. Follow those directions to make sure the Committee receives your application. There are several awards designated for graduating seniors. In addition, Presidential Scholars are eligible for many of the awards. Therefore, all students are urged to apply for scholarships, honors, and awards. Check back on website for new application.
