OSU offers a very competitive scholarship package to students designated as National Hispanic Scholars by The College Board's National Hispanic Recognition Program. All freshmen who apply for admission/ scholarships at OSU, and who are designated as National Hispanic Scholars are guaranteed the cash and tuition scholarships.
