Available to graduating seniors who meet the following criteria: At least one parent must be a member of the North Carolina Child Support Council or a client of the Child Support Program (through either Child Support services or Clerk of Court services); Applicant must be a resident of NC; Applicant must have been accepted by a NC school of higher learning (college, university, community college or technical school). All students have received an electronic copy of the application emailed to their school email address. Paper copies of the application will be available in the counseling center.
