National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC) - National Achievement Scholarship Program
Description
Open to African American high school students who are US citizens and plan to enroll full time in college following graduation. Must take the PSAT no later than your junior year and request that you be considered in this competition on the PSAT form. All Achievement Scholarship® winners (Achievement Scholar® designees) are selected from the group of Finalists based on their abilities, skills, and accomplishments, without consideration of financial circumstances or college choice. Also provides opportunities to be eligible for corporate-sponsored scholarships.
