Description
From Academic Merit Awards to Athletic Scholarships, HBU provides a number of scholarship opportunities. In terms of merit scholarships, all unconditionally accepted freshmen who do not qualify for a scholarship listed above will be considered for at least University Grants. Top tier merit scholarships require minimum of 1100 SAT or 24 ACT, or HS rank 35% or better. Students who place in the top ten at a Team Policy or Lincoln-Douglas debate in a national tournament will qualify for an additional scholarship to Houston Baptist University -- see website to apply.
