Description
Selection criteria vary but generally based on academic performance, high school and community involvement, strength of school and curriculum, and personal attributes. Also award available to students who have achieved honors in leadership and service as a Boy Scout or Girl Scout. Students who reside outside NC may be eligible for a grant-in-aid based on their state of residency. NC students are eligible for the North Carolina Legislative Tuition Grant and a Heritage Grant. Some require additional application.
