Future Educators of America - Phi Delta Kappa (PDK) Prospective Educator Scholarship Program
Description
Every year, the PDK Educational Foundation awards about 100 scholarships across all membership types. One-time and renewable awards range from $500 to $5,000. To be eligible, applicants must be a member in good standing of one of the following. associations:. Educators Rising, Educators Rising Collegiate,. Pi Lambda Theta, and/or PDK Association. Applicants must be pursuing a career in public education. Included in the application is a description of your involvement with the aforementioned institutions including any leadership roles you have held (150 words maximum). Submit as well a description of your other activities such as a teaching or learning capacity, service activities or clubs, sports, paid employment, and any responsibilities you have at home like caring for children or elderly relative(s).
