The Chancellor's Special Talent Scholarship is awarded to Fayetteville State University students who excel academically and/or possess exceptional talents in art, dance, music, theater, writing, and athletics and/or have made significant contributions to their schools and communities. Interested students must be prepared to present evidence of their outstanding academic record, special talent or service by providing documentation such as portfolios, taped performances, published writings, etc., and recommendations.
