You are eligible to apply if you are pursuing an undergraduate degree at an institution of higher education located in Canada, Puerto Rico, or the United States. Applicants should anticipate completion of their degree requirements no sooner than May of the coming year. Applicants are considered without regard to color, gender, race, creed or country of origin. They will select the scholarship recipient based on: the excellent quality of his or her academic record and the potential to provide leadership in the water service industry. Complete application form, resume, transcripts, recommendations and statement of educational plans and career objectives in the drinking water field, and proposed research plan required. Application will be availlable online by the Fall of each year.
