Apex High School PTSA
Description
Applications are located in Student Services scholarship drawer. Students or parent MUST be a CURRENT MEMBER of the Apex High School PTSA. Student must be accepted to an accredited college, or vocational school and provide a copy of the acceptance letter. Character and Community Service, leadership, academic performance, financial need, and a one page essay.
